Chaos Shall Not Consume
Mixed Media on 11×14×3/4in canvas. Currently on display in a brown, shadow-box frame at Brooke Westlund Studio+Gallery in Pike Place Market, Seattle.
Available with or without the frame.
Inspired by personal life events of the artist, “Chaos Shall Not Consume” depicts a woman made up of many colors that represent conflicting yet simultaneous emotions of heartache and hope. As she reels from the loss of a marriage and an identity earned through a soulless career, she also holds visions of a vibrant, adventurous future full of new memories and meaning. She takes one step at a time toward her future while wading through the drag of her past.
